Our Complete Certification Process


Stage 1: Client is asked to fill a client information form that gives us information
about organization, people involved and operation processes. As per the information
provided, a quotation is submitted with complete details like costing, methodology,
accreditation scope, time scales, terms & conditions and general requirements.


Stage 2: Upon acceptance of our quotation, client is registered and allocated a unique
client number. This also confirms the exact way in which your company name and site
address will appear along with the description of products or services for which
registration is sought on certificate.


Stage 3: After registration, our office shall raise the audit plan and send it to the
client within three working days.


Stage 4: The stage one audit is performed by lead auditor at client's premises; to
check the client's management system documentation & to evaluate the client's
location and site-specific conditions and to undertake discussions with the client
personnel to determine the preparedness for the stage 2 audit.


Stage 5: Stage two audits is an assessment audit in which the organization has to
demonstrate the compliance to the selected international standard.


Stage 6: Once the corrective actions is received it will be verified, the auditor
recommends the certificate to the technical committee. After verification and
acceptance by the technical committee the registration certificate is generated to
the client within fifteen working days.


Stage 7: Surveillance audits are carried out annually to ensure that the certified
management system is in compliance and demonstrates continual improvement in
terms of Systems, products and resources.
